How to Register with LSS or ADS for Accommodations

Students who need disability related accommodations while at Villanova will need to complete the Online Intake Form.

Click on the 'Register' button to access this form.

If you try to complete the Online Intake Form and see the message “You have already completed the intake process,” this means that we had previously created a student profile for you in our system. You will still need to provide us with your documentation and schedule a meeting to discuss your accommodation needs. Your documentation can be securely uploaded to the Student Files module on Clockwork.

Who is providing students with accommodations?

Students who are registering for accommodations will either be connected to Learning Support Services (LSS) or the Office for Access & Disability Services (ADS).

  • LSS provides academic accommodations to students with learning disabilities, ADHD, Autistic students, and students with mental health conditions that rise to the level of disability.
  • ADS provides accommodations to students with physical disabilities, neurologically based disorders which trigger a physical response, sensory disabilities, students with chronic health conditions which rise to the level of disability, or a temporary injury that requires physical accommodations. These accommodations could be related to academics, housing, or accessing other physical spaces on campus.

What do I need to complete this Online Intake Form and the Registration Process?

  1. You will have the opportunity to upload documentation related to your disability to this form. (Please make sure that this documentation is accessible without a password or provide the password in the form. If you have pictures of multiple pages of your documentation, we ask that you combine these pictures into one file.)
  2. It is best to complete this form using the Chrome or Firefox web browsers. You should see an automatic message that it has been submitted, when done correctly.
  3. This form will be reviewed by LSS and ADS staff members to determine which office is best suited to address your accommodation needs. We will follow up to schedule an intake conversation with the appropriate office.
  4. Registration is not complete until you have a conversation or meeting with a LSS or ADS staff member about appropriate accommodations.
