Welcome to ClockWork for Professors

Students with disabilities at Villanova are supported by two offices, Learning Support Services and the Office for Access & Disability Services. Learning Support Services (LSS) provides academic accommodations to students with learning disabilities, ADHD, Autistic students, and students with mental health conditions that rise to the level of disability. The Office for Access & Disability Services (ADS) provides academic accommodations, access to physical spaces, and access to safe and secure spaces on campus to students with physical disabilities, chronic health conditions that rise to the level of disability, and temporary impairments. Due to the specific needs of the student, you may receive notifications from both offices, but in most cases registered students are served primarily by one office.

Both LSS and ADS will use ClockWork to communicate with you about students' accommodations and tests.

You can use this website to:

  • View and acknowledge accommodations that have been assigned to your students. There are two steps:
    1. Review the accommodation letter. If you do not see a letter when you open the Accommodation Letters section, make sure that you are viewing the correct term. (For example, to view Fall 2024 Courses, please make sure that the term is displaying "Fall Session 2024.")
    2. Confirm receipt of the accommodation letter by checking "I acknowledge that I have received and reviewed this Accommodation Letter."

Please Note: The students’ letter will specify which office the student is registered with and who you should contact if you have any questions.

  • Give us information about and upload copies of upcoming tests and quizzes.
    1. You will be given the opportunity to provide information and upload tests and quizzes only if a student has scheduled a time to take that test with the Falvey Test Center, the ADS Test Center, or the Tolentine Test Center. It is the student's responsibility to schedule tests with LSS’s Falvey Test Center or the ADS Test Center when their professor cannot provide the needed accommodations. (If you upload a copy of your test to Clockwork, it will be accessible by the Falvey Test Center, the ADS Test Center, and the Tolentine Test Center.)
    2. LSS and ADS operate separate testing services. However, LSS is now overseeing two separate test centers, the Falvey Test Center and the Tolentine Test Center. This should be clear from the test confirmation email you’ll receive.
      • The Falvey Test Center will operate as LSS’ primary test center for students who are registered with LSS and have testing accommodations.
      • The Tolentine Test Center provides test proctoring services when students miss a class due to illness, athletics, or other concerns and need to reschedule their tests or quizzes. Students registered with LSS or ADS for testing accommodations who are unable to book an exam with the office they are registered with due to the high volume of test takers may also schedule tests or quizzes in the Tolentine Test Center.
    3. The Falvey Test Center, the ADS Test Center, and the Tolentine Test Center have limited space available and operate on a first come, first served basis. If we are unable to proctor a student’s test, you will still be responsible for proctoring the student and providing any needed accommodations.
